The ISEZ Project is prioritizing graduates who are from within and around the project site, which is located in Gulf Province.
ISEZ’s priority of recruitment is: Ihu/Baimuru LLG, Kikori District, Gulf Province and Papua New Guinea.
Introduction
The Ihu Special Economic Zone Management office is embarking on an Internship Program targeted at fresh graduates from Universities in PNG.
The project is currently in its early phases and this internship program compliments the process by identifying new talents for absorption into our project management structure.
Purpose and Objective
The purpose of the internship programme is to bring in new graduates from Universities with the required background (mentioned above) where their theoretical education can be enhanced and enriched through theory and practical tasks.
The individual engaged must be critical thinkers who wants to have a tangible, long-term impact and who are driven by change in innovation. The internship program requires graduates to be attached to several disciplines within the organisation to understand the ISEZ project. This will offer the opportunity to gain knowledge on project development planning and organizational exposure.
The Internship aims to:
a) Ensure graduates apply their theoretical learnings with technical knowledge in a practical working environment.
b) Provide networking opportunities both internally and externally.
c) Create more employment opportunities for graduates within Gulf Province and Papua New Guinea.
Requirements
· Male/Female
· 2023 graduate or graduated within the past 1 year.
· Good communication skills
· Can work individually or as a team player.
· Must be in good health condition
